FAQ

Are there any fees associated with buying bonds?: They are not. Since we do not use any intermediaries to sell bonds, there are no additional fees for you.
Do I need to use an equity account to buy bonds?: You don't have to. For some bond issues you need to use an equity account, but in our issue you can use any account you normally use to pay the proceeds.
How do you guarantee that I will not lose my investment?: Every investment carries a certain degree of risk. In bonds, you reduce the level of risk by not investing in something unknown. We can base our bonds on an already functioning company with 16 branches. The owners of the company are experienced entrepreneurs with a rich history, and the field of saunas in which they decided to do business has great potential on the Czech market. These are all factors that reduce the level of risk. In general, companies are liable for liabilities with all of their assets.
Should the proceeds be taxed?: Yes, the return is subject to withholding tax. We will take care of the tax for you and send the income already taxed at 15% to your account.
What does inflation bonus mean?: The investor is entitled to an inflation bonus of 3.0% p.a. in the event that the rate of inflation expressed by the increase in the consumer price index compared to the same month of the previous year announced by the Czech Statistical Office as of January will be at least 10%.

Bohumil Píše

A member, founder, managing director and director general. He is responsible for the management of the company and the implementation of its business plans. He was one of the founders of the company Tutor, s.r.o., a leading language teaching provider on the market, later becoming the largest private education agency in the Czech Republic, the EDUA Group, where he had worked as a financial manager until 2013. The company was successfully sold at the beginning of 2016. Mr. Píše was also one of the founders of the company Invia.cz, a.s.

Michal Drozd

A member and financial investor. He was also one of the main founders and former shareholder of the biggest online holiday seller in Central Europe, Invia.cz, a. s., which was successfully sold to the Polish private equity house MCI Management, and is currently part of the Rockaway Capital group; Mr. Drozd was its director general until recently. He was also a member and chairman of the Supervisory Board of the EDUA Group and education companies College Holding, s.r.o. and CEDUK Holding, s.r.o.

A member and financial investor.
